1. Base material: E1 grade environmentally friendly high-density fiberboard(HDF) with national standards. Not easy to deform or crack, with high strength and good flatness.
2. Decoration: Made of high-quality natural wood veneer, the thickness of the wood veneer is ≥0.6mm, the texture and color of the wood veneer are consistent, no scars, and no defects. After anti-insect and anti-corrosion treatment, it has good paint and dye retention ability and dimensional stability.
3. Paint: Use high-quality PU environmentally friendly matte topcoat and PU low-odor transparent primer, in line with national standards. The surface is smooth and soft, no particles, no bubbles, no slag spots, uniform color, high hardness, high wear resistance, full paint film, hard wear resistance, high gloss, excellent chemical resistance and heat resistance. Five coats of primer, three coats of topcoat, and eight coats of spray painting.
4. Hardware: Use high-quality hardware. The hardware is tightly integrated and firm, with small and even gaps, smooth and burr-free.
