1. Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are Backed by the factory specializing in furniture with independent production capacity. We fully support OEM customization services, our R&D and production teams can meet your personalized requirements. We own complete production lines and quality control systems to ensure direct factory supply, stable quality, and competitive pricing.
2. What color options are available for your products?
We offer full coverage of international RAL color standards — you can directly select your desired color from the RAL color card. Additionally, we provide two value-added services for color confirmation:

A. We can send high-definition photos of physical color cards (including common and custom colors) for your reference;

B. We can provide photos/videos of our previously produced products in different colors (consistent with production materials and processes) to help you visualize the actual effect. If you have special color requirements beyond RAL standards, we can also customize color matching according to your samples or specifications.
3. What is the order placement process?

Our order process is simple and transparent, designed to minimize your communication costs:
Step 1: Send us your detailed requirements (including product type, specifications, quantity, color, special functions, delivery time, etc.) via email, inquiry form, or other communication channels;
Step 2: We will provide a detailed quotation (including unit price, total amount, production cycle, packaging, transportation, etc.) within 24-48 hours based on your requirements;
Step 3: After you confirm the quotation, payment terms, and delivery terms, we will issue a proforma invoice (PI) with official confirmation;
Step 4: You complete the payment as per the PI, and we start production immediately after receiving the payment confirmation;
Step 5: During production, we will provide regular progress updates (if required). After production is completed, we will arrange delivery and provide tracking information.

Sample orders are fully acceptable — you can test the quality, design, and color of the product through a sample order before placing a bulk order.

4. Can you produce products according to the client's quality and customization requirements?
Yes! We have a complete set of professional production equipment (including welding, cutting, injection molding, assembly, and quality inspection equipment) and a professional technical team to support the customization of various quality standards and styles;
We can meet various quality requirements, including international quality standards (e.g., ISO, BIFMA) or your specific quality specifications (e.g., load-bearing capacity, durability, environmental protection indicators). If you have relevant quality certificates or test requirements, we can also cooperate with third-party testing institutions to provide test reports.
5. What are your trade terms and payment terms?
We support all mainstream international trade terms, including EXW (Ex Works), FOB (Free On Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight), CFR (Cost and Freight), DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), etc. You can choose the most suitable trade term according to your logistics plan and customs clearance capabilities.
Payment Terms (Safe and Negotiable):
Bulk Order: The standard payment term is 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before loading — after you pay the deposit, we start mass production; after production is completed and before shipment, we will provide product photos/videos for your confirmation, and you pay the balance to arrange shipment.
For long-term cooperative clients or large orders, the payment terms can be negotiated based on mutual trust (e.g., adjusted deposit ratio, credit period, etc.).
